The worst service department !!!!!!! They service your car only if they can rip you off.
Great price on my Audi Q7. I found a scratch on the windshield wiper soon after getting it, and I dropped by and they changed it for free in ~10 minutes. They gave me the car without balancing the tires, which happens with new cars when they put on the tires at the factory. I know nothing about cars so I didn't notice until 3000 miles in. They owned up to the mistake and gave me a nice loaner for a week and a half, changed all 4 tires in the car, filled it up, and detailed it.
