RecommendedTook my Q7 in for some basic maintenance work and they were very attentive to my needs. The staff also were willing to accommodate us a loaner for a few hours when it was discovered more work was needed as well. Excellent experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
RecommendedI must say I’ve had a very wonderful experience with my first ever female sales associate, Tammy Antonucci!! She was so professional and very much involved with me every step of the way. She made sure every “i” was dotted and every “t” was crossed. I highly recommend her as a sales associate if you’re going to shop at Audi in Birmingham, Alabama!!!
No bought a 2017 A6 from Brian Still waiting for info from 6/27/20 About our warranty Not sure why the customer service is so bad But I wouldn't buy or recommend this dealership A friend also bought a car from Brian at Massapequea Audi Was so disappointed will never recommend them If your looking for an audi don't buy from Massapequea Audi look elsewhere

Warning this dealership does not wear face masks - I went in to buy a CPO S4 having spent all of yesterday texting and talking via phone with Eddie (who is great btw) and get there at 9am to NOONE on the sales floor wearing masks. Eddie did put one on but the GM and Owner began arguing with me how its not necessary and that “its not science”. They also said “you dont have to buy the car just like we dont have to wear masks”.
