RecommendedI'm on my 7th or 8th Audi TT Roadster from Audi Plano and I can't say enough good things about them!! They have always taken excellent care of me! My recent service visit was soooo smooth! Rickey Reed, Calvin, Ed(?), Anna - everyone goes out of their way to make my day better! I'm going back soon for another TT and I recommend anyone to join all of us very satisfied customers for life!

Very poor customer service. Dealership is currently being run out of Volkswagen. They can’t keep employees so there is always someone different, rarely speak to the same person twice. It’s not fair the position the dealership has put the current employees in. Not what you’d expect from a luxury brand!

RecommendedChase Merck was the best!! I highly recommend him and Audi of Birmingham if you’re in the market for a new or used Audi! Their whole staff was phenomenal, from start to finish! On Saturday agreed on final lease price with the dealership. They gave me the car to take home over the weekend so we could do the paperwork on Monday. Going back Monday morning to find out they now wanted more than what we had agreed on. Very dishonest business practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

Brought my car in due the air conditioning not working properly. I was quoted $2,700.00 to replace a A/C compressor, A/C valve, 3 rings, and 7 hours worth of labor. I declined due to feeling like the work needed to be done was grossly over priced. Sure enough all the parts necessary together were only $57. The total labor, plus A/C recharge took 25 minutes total to repair. I'm all for fair labor and a fair price quote, but that was extremely ridiculous.
