I wish I could give less than a star for this review... Two weeks ago I brought my 2015 A4 in because it was hesitating and shaking when accelerating. A few days and 800 dollars later, I had new spark plugs and the fuel lines were cleaned out. Drive my car off the lot and it still hesitates and shakes. Clearly no one drove the car. I was told “it takes a few days to fully clean out the lines.” Two days later I bring the car back in for the SAME problem. They replace a fuel injector and charge 1,200 dollars to fix the problem... read more

Stop spending so much money on useless technology (i.e text message updates, video updates) and actually lower your labor rate to pay for actual repairs and not overhead expenses.
