RecommendedExperience was different. Extremely busy dealership, sales staff knowledgeable but assisting to many people at the same time. Need more I would think financial person as it was a long wait waiting your turn for paperwork at check out time. When leasing or purchasing a luxury car/SUV I think more individual one on one would make the purchase more enjoyable but I would recommend them.

Horrible dealer in all departments. I have purchased from many other dealers as well as Audi Santa Monica and never have seen sales and service this bad at all. Audi’s are nice but save yourself the hassle and use a different dealer

RecommendedEric Flores our Jaguar service advisor is excellent to work with, he communicates with us every set of the way. If for some reason our car is delayed he let's is know right away in case we need a loaner car. Many times we have had a question on the weekend or after hours and he always responds. I recommend him 100%.
