I took my 2018 A4 in for annual oil change etc. with <7000 miles on it. I was told that my brake rotors were rusted and scored due to prolonged sitting outside without driving (COVID-19!). I gave the go ahead to fix this. Then they didn't have the parts so I left the car and Brian(very nice) drove me home.The next day after waiting for a call that never came I tried to call Serica Donovan my "service advisor". My car was promptly taken in at my appointment time & communication from Michael I was very efficient👍🏻 Michael I is excellent with explaining the car assessments and possible needed repairs or services & does everything he can to make sure the customer is satisfied. RecommendedScott Wikert (Salesman) did an amazing job of finding the car we wanted. He was able to find the perfect 2020 A5 with all the bells and whistles that we were looking for. Scott personally drove down to Tucson to pick up the car and brought it back so that we can purchase it that day. It was a bit of a challenge finding the right car but in the end, the experience was very positive. 😃
