Took my car to Audi for A diagnostic test, they gave me a loaner. No one called me back to give me the quote no one called me back to even try to get the loaner car back. I decided to go back to take the loaner car back to find out one of the service people gave my car away to someone who showed them a piece of paper. We purchased a brand new Audi three years ago from Audi Spokane. Included with the purchase was an Audi extended warranty and gap insurance. We decided to trade our Audi in for a Volkswagen as we wanted to have access to a service department in our town rather than driving 4 hours to get it serviced.
