RecommendedI was visiting Destin from Atlanta and my Q7 got a flat tire. This model doesn't have a spare, so my vehicle had to be towed to Pensacola for repair. Not only did the service happen the same day, Rich was able to have my vehicle returned to me in Destin the following day! It was such a relief not to have to figure out a way to drive the hour and a half to Pensacola from Destin. This service was definitely above and beyond and very much appreciated!
My wife and I went to test drive a CPO Q5 at this dealership over a week ago however could not agree on price. I contacted my sales rep (Frank) yesterday to see if Audi Fairfield would be willing to come down on their price since the CPO Q5 was still available. We negotiated via email for a couple of hours and thought we had a deal however he then asked if I was going to finance the CPO Q5 and I informed him I was going to put money down and use their attractive 1.99% rate.
