Update 02: Got my car back from Audi Henderson. They replaced the engine mount, thermostat, and bushings. They think the liquid on the transmission pan may have came from the hydraulic fluid from the engine mount. They cleaned everything up. I have an appointment next month to check again and make sure nothing (engine mount and transmission) is leaking. Thank you Audi Henderson for stepping up and taking care of the issues.
