RecommendedI came to Birmingham for a different Q5 with a different dealership... it didn’t work out. So, I headed to the Audi Birmingham lot in hopes of finding a great car for a great price. I found the perfect car within minutes! Such a great experience! Chase Merck and Jordan Whisenhunt were awesome! Even though there was a wait to process paperwork, they made it very pleasant. My Audi Q5 fits like a glove! Thanks Audi Birmingham!!

I reach an OUT OF DOOR agreement with the sales guy Tony and spoke and text him at least 10 times if not more. This included me telling him I was getting a cashiers check. Drove 2.5 hours to get the and this person then hits me with an extra $399 fee. Claims "miscommunication". He's a liar plain and simple. Tried to blow it off to someone was supposed to call me but he knew because he's a liar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONARTIST. If you do beware that fee. Worst service EVER. I've had better service at WAL-MART n we all know no one at Walmart knows where anything is at! I've been calling since 4/22/20 to get them to update my email address to no avail. I will NEVER SHOP Audi Lakeland again!!!
