RecommendedI bought my AUDI 2010 from AUDI Manhattan but I have,always used AUDI of Huntington for service. I trust them and they are friendly and very efficient. There service men are extremely good at what they do. I would never use any other AUDI Dealership for service on my car. They are excellent.
RecommendedAudi of McKinney made today so special, parking the car in a “showroom” type spot, detailing it so it looks NEW and putting a big red bow on it! I was super surprised at how much they celebrated this experience, given it’s a used car. RecommendedHad my left rear tire replaced after running over a blade from a sheet rock knife, after just purchasing 4 new tires about 6 months ago.Was super surprised to find out tire was covered under the Road Hazard Tire warranty! This was a good day, Audi service is the best!

RecommendedJust wanted to thank Audi Lakeland’s service department for wearing masks, requiring customers to wear masks, requiring customers to fill out screening questionnaires, providing gloves, covering any possible touched surfaces in our car with plastic prior to any service personnel getting in, and giving complimentary Ozone Treatments to sanitize every inch of our car’s interior after service. RecommendedI have had my Audi since 2014 and I have never had any problems with the service department. Mike who is the assistant manager for the service department is excellent. He is always nice and pleasant and is always very informative.
