Purchased a beautiful Audi A5 great car worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Started with extra charges added on that was not agreed to by the finance man. Yes I signed the paperwork but only agreed to 1 add on not 4. didn't realize it until the next day...Asked them about it and oh we include that on all of our sales. They had our trade in on the lot for sale before they even paid it off which was almost a month after the purchase and I incurred a late charge only took 2 days to cash our 10K check. 100/10 would not recommend. Problem after problem for almost 3 weeks after taking my car to be serviced here. I have only been able to talk with a manager once, gave my complaints, was promised a call back...then bam all of a sudden some damage appears on the loaner car I had, AFTER I filed my complaint and the loaner car had been in their possession for over 24 hours.
