Went to Larson Audi and had an appointment at 2-2:15. We waited for the car to be filled with gas, no big deal. Went on the test drive, came back to do paperwork thinking of buying the car to be told it was sold WHILE we were on our test drive. I would thinking being on a test drive gives you the upperhand and first pick at buying the car. Didn’t even have a chance to do paperwork.
RecommendedYes! I’ve leased several Audi’s from Audi of Huntington and they have always treated me right. I recently took my car in for service and I had very little time to wait. Even with COVID they were able to do the service and get me out way before they promised. Brendan Heffernan, my service rep was extremely friendly and accommodating!

Experience was so bad that I am seriously considering a getting a different car brand. Be prepared to wait for at least 3 hours if you need any type of service and that is with an appointment. This happened to me multiple times. Most recent visit they recommended repairs as a result of “messy oil” changes in which I have only taken my car to Audi for.
