My experience at Avenue has been nothing but good! I love all the fun events they have for the residents and the staff is very friendly. I leased a 2 bedroom apartment, which is the ideal size for me and the modern style is great. The pool, gym, and theatre are really nice to have and the shuttle to campus is so convenient! I would definitely recommend this apartment to students.
Cute floorplans and great facility. Their amenities are top notch! Great team and wonderful people. Maintenance team are polite and quick.
The Ave is a great place to live! They're always doing awesome and fun events for their residents. The staff has always been super helpful to me and very welcoming, and maintenance is super fast when you have an issue. I definitely don't have any complaints here, and would recommend the Ave to any student at OU! BOOMER SOONER!
Great community! My friend lives here and I love visiting and going to the pool. Would definitely live here if I went to OU and definitely recommend for any OU students!!
I love the amenities and how nice the apartments are! Its definitely the best place for students in town!! The gym and pool are really awesome, and nowhere else has a full size basketball and sand volleyball court!!
The Ave is one of the cleanest places and the nicest staff :) keep it up!
Their whole team is super professional! Always so helpful and kind whenever you speak with them!
This place is awesome love the amenities, especially the fitness center. The Staff is friendly and work orders are completed really quickly.
