It has been a month and a half since the air conditioner broken. They insisted they fixed it but it hasn't. Don't live here. I just tell you this.

Please save yourself the trouble and money and DO NOT live here or any other Greystar management property. Unfortunately for my roommates and I, Greystar management took over the Ave about halfway through our lease. This management company is crooked and will try and get every possible penny out of you.
