Former resident. The management is shit! a couple of the staff over there are cool tho. Btw they're under OSBI investigation for they're maintnence placing cameras in their bathroom vents.
First of all I wonder how much they paid these people to write good reviews but that's besides the point. Here's a list of why The Ave is the worst place to live. If you don't feel like reading, moral of the story is don't sign a lease here. 1. The Ave refuses to provide a copy of the lease for one reason or another which I have continuously requested since signing my lease in November of 2015. It's May 2017... The amenities are amazing! Living here with everything they offer makes you feel like you never have to leave the property, which says a lot about the property. I will be recommending this place to all my friends, this place is awesome!
Great staff, always willing to help when you need it. Couldn't ask for a better office staff.
The Ave is great! The apartment and amenities are more than I could ever ask for, and the office staff is extremely helpful.
