RecommendedThe Ave is the perfect mix of being close to campus and having a great living experience, while also being able to make your apartment feel like home and having a sense of community. The office staff is always helpful and the maintenance team is pretty quick to get things taken care of, which I cant say about every other place I've lived. All in all, I would recommend the Ave to any students or young professionals who want a community to call home.

I love how much space is at The Ave in our townhouse. The price is also awesome for the amenities you get for campus housing. Super convenient to campus, and the management is always really helpful!
RecommendedI think that The Ave was a great place to live for me. The staff is really helpful and quick to accommodate you and any issue you may be having. My apartment never had any issues and I lived in it for about 2 and a half years. The club house has a lot of fun amenities and a great computer lab with free printing. I liked The Ave because it allowed me to put some distance between me and campus but at the same time still being super close. 24 hr gym,pool,hot tub, living space, and commons with game room! This place has it all!
