RecommendedThe furniture it came with had a lot of damage as well as countertops, switches, and windows so maintenance or replacing these items could be better, but overall we’ve made our little house into a little home.

Very disappointed about moving-out process. You should pay a LOT! You should pay almost $1000 when you move-out for Cleaning&Painting! They gave me the used couch and asked me to pay $400 for new couch for new residents. Their words are changed depending on the situation. By suffering so much from moving out system, I forgot all good memories that I had from here.
We are a family of 5 living in a 4 bedroom. I am glad they allowed us to move in even though they said it goes against fair housing. However, the officer on property had a pit bull he never leashed and it attacked my son. We now want out of our lease because my son is scared to leave our apartment. Our neighbors have a pitbull that we caught off leash (pits are a restricted breed here) and we are scared for our sons safety. Love The Ave! Everything is so clean, maintenance is quick and careful with fixing things, and the staff is amazing! I would definitely recommend!
My son lived here for the Fall ‘18-‘19 lease year. Our experience with this place was nothing short of horrific. My son and his roommate reported several issues regarding their apt that fell in deaf ears and got no assistance. The one that still makes me mad is that they had a washing machine that stopped working and it took 2 months for them to fix it. And then it malfunctioned shortly after and never got dealt with for the rest of their lease. The rates for living there are too high for that kind of treatment.
Horrible management. You will not be taken seriously as a tenant or showed any respect. They continuously let strangers have keys to my apartment without giving me any notice that they were coming. I am a young single woman with grow men just walking right in to MY apartment that I pay a lot of money for. You should feel safe in your own home. UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL.
