They take forever to fix anything, I got a first degree burn from the hot tub... also the air systems are always messed up.
Here we go. Let me tell you all the reasons why this is the worst apartment complex in Norman. 1. First week I was moved into the ave, our AC went out. It took their "24 hour management service" 3 days to get out and take a look at it and try to fix it. Of course, they didn't. After another maintenance request it was fixed in a couple days (dead heat of August). 2. A month or so later our dishwasher went out.
