i came in today & zach toured us. his enthusiasm is unmatched! i can’t wait for the stair master to get her also. we are moving in August!
The Ave is awesome, Zach toured me and wow is he enthusiastic. Not only did he show us the clubhouse he went into great detail inside the model. He also told me that the Ave was getting stairmasters soon and I can't wait!

yall would be 5 stars but yall dont have a stair stepper:/ that being said i feel like people would stay at the ave more than say callaway, which does have a stair stepped.- zack

Shout out to the maintenance crew at the ave! Great service and always willing to get the job done.
Do not live at the Ave or any other properties owned by Greystar. They will rip you off as much as possible. Because the Ave was bought by Greystar after I signed my lease and paid my deposit, they said I can't get my deposit back because they didn't get records from the previous company. 300 dollars down the drain. Spend your money somewhere else!
