The only positive thing I have to say about The Ave is that the front desk staff is great. They were always so helpful and kind. We opened the door to our apartment for the very first time and it was AWFUL! The apartment was given to us in such a dirty condition. It appeared as if the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous occupants left. The floor and the inside of the refrigerator was absolutely disgusting. The kitchen sink was so gross and it smelled like vomit...Continue Reading
