Best off campus choice! The amenities make living here so convenient for a student. The staff is great and the property is well kept. Highly recommend!
You'll be told false information many times. Management does not care for their residents. Things are constantly breaking within the apartment. They do not care for their own safety of their residents. I was living in an apartment with mold growing on the walls, ants in the apartment, broken window in the bedroom, moved into a dirty apartment, dishwasher broken, cabinets were broken, etc. I would not every refer someone to spend their money on a place like this. Much better apartments in the city of Norman than this place.
Love this property and their staff! They are so helpful and friendly and take care of everything I need!
I love The Ave!!! Met so many amazing people while living here #LilfetimeFriends Also the staff is always there and ready to help , they have been my saviors many times this year!! Thanks Ave!
