My daughter an mri of the brain and spine. It being her first they walker through the steps and we're patient with her. She moved alot during the scans but still patiently guide her through them. This the second time here doing mri, my other daughter had the same care...

Worst Experience Ever - In August of 2016, our 3-year old son had a large laceration on his forehead and TCH Urgent Care in Katy sent us to Texas Children's Hospital ER to put sutures in his head. What should have been a quick, relatively painless and "easy" experience ended up being a 6-hour ordeal from hell given the extreme lack of organization, lack of common-sense, lack of sensitivity, compassion or efficiency by the ER staff and doctors.
