I've had the best experience there. My son has been there 2x and the nurses are amazing. The doctor have let me be part of all decisions making. If it was my choice my child would go there every time he gets sick. Sadly we only get to go when tch main campus is filled. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
Our Son was admitted for a harris II fracture and osteomyelitis over Christmas vacation. We are 11 hours from home, and in shock really over the entire thing. We have had 2 surgeries and a pic line placed. The entire staff has been amazing!! Alice and Sam with Child life have made him more comfortable in his room and with dealing with anxiety. My 2 month old grandson was being treated at a Beaumont hospital for seizures, he got much worse and Texas Children's West was called. Within 2 hours he was on a jet headed for The west campus. Since we have arrived the care that he has received is phenomenal! The doctors have all take the time to sit and talk to us about everything going on. The nurses on the 3rd floor are amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Hola yo estuve en el hospital 8 dias y la verdad no es por exajerar pero mi extancia ahi fue muy placentera todos me atendieron de maravilla doctores,enfermeras,personal de limpieza y demas todos se portaron muy bien y estoy muy agradecida con todos y cada uno de ellos por su atencion mil gracias mi niño fue operado de apendicitis el 11/4/15 y lo dieron de alta el 11/10/15 gracias x sus atenciones!!
The best experience I've ever had. My two month old was diagnosed with RSV Ave bronchiolitis, And was in severe respiratory distress, as her oxygen levels kept dropping into the 60s , the doctor was concerned, as was I, and immediately put her on oxygen, we were then admitted into her own room, even there the care staff went above and beyond! Thank you for saving my daughters life!!!

The worst service possible. My son sat in a room for over 5 hours waiting for stitches. If the wait was going to be that long they should have said ao before. After asking how much longer we were told, they've run to get the sutures and medicine to stitch him up. No food or deink for this child until after the procedure. The only reason am giving yall hospital 1 star is only because my baby 11 months old was with high fever and we came in at 3am and we waited for 3-4 hours and no changes has my baby improved from what yall doctors has told me to do
