Absolutely the worst organized ER. My 7 year old is still bleeding here in the ER four hours later and we have not seen a doctor. We will never return!
I have been coming here for three years for my daughter. The fourth floor cancer center. The team is great best second family ever MY DAUGHTER IS COMFORTABLE GREAT PLACE

I've never been to the ER there, but my son sees various specialist at this hospital and they are all great! He recently had ear tube surgery, and everyone from the nurses, to the anesthesiologist were amazing! Had a great experience during his short stay for his surgery, everyone in the 3rd floor was great!
I just had the worst experience ever!!! I will never ever ever bring my love one back here!! They are rude and disrespectful and unprofessional!!!
Don't park in valet at West tower... They lost my keys to my car and tried to give me someone else's car... Really bad service
Thanks for the west 3rd floor nurses, surgeons, doctors and staff. You guys and gals have been amazing the last week. My son didn't make it easy being stubborn but I appreciate your patience with him. I am So impressed with how much you care about our kids.
This location has the worse ER. I have never had to wait this long to see a doctor. It's about 20 patients in the waiting. Kids vomiting everywhere and no nurse to help. All they can tell those parents with kids that they're gonna contact housekeeping. I'm better off taking my grand baby to Methodist next door or Memorial Hermann. My rating is 0.
Absolutely love Texas Children's! However the ER is the worst!!! Don't go there! Arrived at 7pm and have been waiting over 6 hours for my daughters swollen knee. It took 6 hours to get two Motrin. Still haven't been called back or offered ice even when asked for ice not given any.
