Excellent staff and care! We had a reasonable wait time and we received thorough explanations for everything. They were very patient about listening to and answering all our questions. Grateful that we have this facility nearby.
They were really awesome with my son on his surgery yesterday. The Dr's r really nice and explains everything.
Nurses are awesome! They make kids feel at ease and they seem to know a lot about what kids like- mine craft, etc. Reception staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Liou, cardiologist, is exceptional. She's been treating our little guy since birth. Her bedside manners, attention to detail and memory are great. We're a lot closer to TMC, but we travel to West Campus just for her and the experience.

Horrible experience in the ER. When taking your child to the ER, you shouldn't have to deal with Drs or staff being rude
I loved it is the best children hospital
I don't think you should have to wait in a ER for more than 12 hours for them to finally get to your child to tell you your child is ok go home. You brought your SICK child to them there for help not to keep company with other families.
The wait was so freaking long I waited more then 3 hours to be able and have a doctor check my baby , and it was hard seeing my baby just crying from pain and they wouldn't do anything. But the nurses from inside were great.
