Dr. Edmond was very hospitable and explained every part of the procedure with us....just knowing we were at Texas Children's Hospital gave me piece of mind and comfort everything was going to be alright!
I had the best experience the staff was amazing very informative and so sweet bed side manner was beyond amazing
Left the ER after 1.5 hour wait with my 6 yr old son for stitches. I asked the nurse how much longer would the wait be and she rudely replied at least 4-6 hours more! I only asked cause I heard her tell another parent they were short of beds on the floor so 4 of their exam rooms were taken by hospital patients. They should inform patients up front when they are short staffed and without beds so expectations are set. LONGEST WAIT EVER!!!! Front desk ladies were rude and nurses were busy flirting with the paramedics. Nurse practicioner was rude But was bang on with diagnosis.
For our first time experience I can it was great! The staff nurses and my son's surgeon Dr. Shah were very attentive and kind ...they explained everything to were you understood with no questions asked!
Absolutely amazing considering the circumstances. I can not say enough good things to full capture our stay and experience. From the staff to the super hero window washers, everything was wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of my princess!
The nurses and doctors refused to give my daughter any care other than Tylenol for my daughter who's foot was swollen and painful with blisters and oozing
