Took my four month old baby girl here on Saturday she had been screaming bloody murder for two hours with no explanation, we spent four hours in the ER for them to tell me my child has colic. Fast forward to Monday I took my baby to her pediatrician and he took one look at her ear and said it was an ear infection. Can't figure out how the ER doctor missed that. The ER is terrible. After see our TX childrens PCP, then ortho specialist in the Woodlands then sent to Katy for a STAT MRI the ortho said go to ER immediately to be admitted. Our daughter had a bad infection in her bone. The ER registrars were rude, especially the white male with brown hair. They wouldn't listen to me at all. They delayed critical care for 4 hours in the waiting room. All for a patient who already completed tests and simply needed an in patient bed. I work in a hospital, including ER and know the system. I've been here in Katy Tx for 5yrs and all my experiences here have been good ones..to have 4 kids all with some time of disability im forever at the pediatrics side or e.r ..love my Tx Children's family. .keep up the awesome work .

The staff was great and very curtious and sweet very clean, and great amenities there love it.
The worst place to bring your child wait time is 8 hours.. The nurse's are BITCHES and RUDE ass fuck.... Its not my fault your short staff and this place pays under pays there employees....get better management.. And better nurses.
