Horrible..... all I need to say! Don't waste your time go to Memorial Hermann Memorial city pediatric ER. In and out in a hour!

Dr. Scott McKay came highly recommended by a friend & he definitely did NOT disappoint. He was absolutely wonderful with my 10 yr old who suffered a knee injury. All the staff were great with her. Dr. McKay's Physician Assistant could use some work on her bedside manner (very short with us & it's stressful enough being at a Dr.'s office - maybe she was just having a bad day) but otherwise I feel like we had the best care possible.
This place is amazing. The care has been unparalleled. The staff has been so loving and so helpful. I wish I could have delivered my babies here. If my kids ever have another problem, I will come here without hesitation. This is really the best hospital I've ever seen! Top notch everything!
They respond fast on my baby needs nurse Ashely was the best one on taking care if my little one, bad thing is since we been here he has change several different nurse and doctors some don't even bother to write there named on the family board so why boder to have one, cleaning restroom only wipe counter top but never mop never change towels or the sheets of my child crib until we were discharge then they change them.They respond fast when his oxygen was in danger.
If you care about urgency to your children do not bring them here
The staff was so unbelievably polite and helpful. I know I looked like I was lost a few times and before I could ask for help someone was asking me if I needed directions. The wait times were very short and Dr. Vilela was able to squeeze a an ultrasound appointment for my daughter into radiologys schedule because he knew that we had driven 3 hours to get there instead of asking us to come back. The waiting area was super dirty, the people at the front desk just sat there the whole time talking loud about their personal business, like it was not sick kids waiting to be seen. The wait time was ridiculous, every time someone talk to us and say they are going to do this and that it would be an whole hr before they would come back. They took an hour and a half just to come back to give my son a breathing treatment.
