Looooong wait and there was only two other people in the ER.. They took no blood, no urine, no MRI, CT SCANS NOTHING.. How did they no that she had a virus and not pneumonia or maybe something else.. ugh! Frustrating ��

The staff in PICU was beyond amazing!!! We received DAILY updates on our sons progress and the plan for the day, they explained why we were trying different procedures, the most amazing part of the staff, they signed a shirt for us and we got our 2mth pictures taken with our nurses

This was an amazing experience for my daughter as well as me, the worried parent. Everyone made us both feel very comfortable the entire time! I can't thank you all enough for the care you gave my child. She came out of surgery not afraid to do it again if need be! Thank you!!!
