Es uno de los hospitales que si se interesan por la salud de nuestros hijos Yo como madre si recomiendo el hospital y cada doctor que esta ahí.
I had to have an appointment here. A change from our down town location we usually go to. The staff in ophthalmology is so rude . They spoke down to my daughter then argued with me over everything. The staff is absolutely awful and I will never ever return.
Everyone was amazing and took great care of my son! You can tell how much they live children!
Love the staff! Love the facility! I will continue to keep my children patients at TCH
This was our first visit to this campus and it was awesome. Everyone was so nice...my granddaughter loved that she got a ride from the parking lot to the front door. And they lady was waiting on us when we came out and gave us a ride back to the car. Also loved the gift store....nice variety of items!!!
Arrived at 10 p.m. was taken back to ER room at 1 a.m. saw Doc at 4 a.m. out there at 7 a.m.
Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They know that your mind is on your child and they help in every way possible.... thank you to all the nurses there that constantly monitored my baby 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
My experience with Texas Children's Hospital has been awesome. Every hospital has it's good and bad. Yes the ER wait may be long, but that is only due to the influx of sick children. For me and my child they have and awesome team of doctors, nurses, and other related staff.
The ER is okay but they take too slow to get kids inside, in the waiting room for 3 hours well we waited 3 more hours into the doctor came check my son---��� I wish they could be a little bit more faster
