The most kind and helpful staff!!! They took such great care of my four year old God daughter. They made her comfortable and explained every single thing that they were doing in terminology that she could understand. Wonderful experience given our circumstances.
They were very nice and took really good care of my son if I had too return yes indeed I would thank you Tx Children's for helping my son get well. The Dr's and Nurses were very helpful.
Nurses Lauren and Nora on 5th floor were super sweet, always answering our questions no matter what we asked. This hospital is great.
Very slow service in 24 hr emergency. Don't like it.we are here 3am in the morning and until 6am never call in the room if any parent bring there child 3 o'clock there is a reason nobody want to awake at this time. 3 hrs already and still waiting. Hate this.just left the emergency at 6:30am without going to the room. When I ask them how long it will take the receptionist told me still 4 people ahead. That's mean 3 more hours.
Went to have tubes put in my grandson's ears. He was entertained while we waited with toys and other children to play with. Super family oriented. The most wonderful and professional medical people I've ever come across. Dr. Sitton was very sweet and compassionate. All of the nurses were very informative. We didn't have to wonder about anything. They answered all of our questions before we could ask. I got to meet another Valerie which didn't happen very often. She was an anesthesiologist. Cool name. I took my daughter to the ER to get her finger check because she had splint it at school, we got there it took them 20 min to get me into a room then 30 min for them to bring pain medication 2hr to get xrays on her finger and 3 hrs to tell me everything was ok with her bone but will need stitches. Through out this hold time of waiting they didn't even bother to clean her finger even though her cut was deep I had to walk out cause they were going to make me wait another 30 to come and stitch her, and to top it of would not le... read more
The care we received on our stay was great. The nurses were caring and attentive, and the Doctors worked hard at getting us out of there.
Excellent condition and excellent customer service. Personal were very helpful in me finding my way around. My grandsons doctors and nurses were awesome.
