We received nothing but the same great service and support here that we are used to at the other campus we routinely have to visit.
The staff treated us so well. If we need medical service for our kids, this is where we're going!!
The staff was wonderful take care of my grandbaby.
My son had to stay over night from surgery and I absolutely love it from the doctor to the nurses to the people who are there volunteering. Very nice respectful and always making sure my son was ok and if we needed anything.
Everyone is so friendly here. The process is thorough. You don't feel rushed through your appointment. Any questions you have are answered. Very satisfied with Tx Children's and that's why we continue to keep coming back!
Waited over 3 hours to be taken back to a room then waited another 2+ to see the doctor! There is no urgency about this place! Still haven't left yet!

We are more than blessed to have been referred to this hospital, the care and attention given to our Daughter of age 2 was just amazing. The staff, Nurses, and Doctors were all incredibly sweet and helpful. We were in the ER for half a day but we're attended very quickly, the we stayed 2 days on the 5th floor. Everyone was so nice even to our family and friends that stoppped by to visit, very clean hospital.
We had an excellent experience at the infusion center. The nurses and staff we very helpful and extremely kind. My daughter had to have an IV and they were fantastic. I couldn't say anything better.
