I myself as a grandfather can only say the people were special that handled the Children. Very Clean and Pristine. They took very good care of my little sweetheart. There was not one caretaker with an attitude. God blessed the children that use this facility.
Our nurse, Marsha was wonderful. The resident, Dr. Oglievie who saw my son first had THE WORST bedside manner I've seen at a pediatric facility. Couldn't even smile.
We had went to another hospital before but didnt help whit my daughter problem so we went to Texas Children's hospital we got the help we need for my daughter they listen to you everyone was helpful and loveing ,kind people here we where really happy with the services ,and atention they gave us thank you guys lots of ���
The staff was friendly and professional, gave my son excellent care. I would have like if they could have advised me more is abuse cases but they did side step the questions diplomatically and focus on his treatment.
Been here for our other son, but we took our premie because he had high fever after sitting in the waiting room for 3hrs I told a nurse that he was way hotter then We brought him in. She checked him he was 104 gave him motrine then back in the waiting room another hr. In triage he was very upset because he still had fever and they couldn't calm him down, he calmed down enough to drink a little bit of a bottle and then back in the waiting room for 2more hrs finally saw a dr. This is the worst hospital for children. I have witness 4 families leave with sick kids because the wait is 4 to 5 hours long. I'm waiting because of my grandchild.
This campus was by far the fastest and the friendliest!!!! It's a bit of a drive for us, about 40 minutes or so, but we will definitely be willing to make the drive to this location over the other locations we have gone to!
