Always great customer service and care. Hate having sick kiddos, but so glad they are there to patch them up with a smile and positive attitude. What a blessing this place is!
My son ended up in the ER after an assault and the doctor documented that he "looked wonderful". Three weeks later he is still suffering symptoms from his concussion. The organization is unprofessional when dealing with patient concerns
My daughter and I had the opportunity of meeting some lovely and very friendly doctors and nurses. They took very good care of my daughter. Every bit of information was explained thoroughly, and to my satisfaction. I want to extend a healthy thank you to all who helped in the facilitating of my baby's knee surgery. I would recommend Texas Children's hospital, west campus to anyone in a heartbeat.
I love this hospital we was there maybe 1.5 hours! The doctor and the nurses were very helpful!
From day one of our stay here at the West campus everyone has been so sincere and on top of my baby girl's care. They have made sure that myself and my baby are comfortable during our stay here in the facility. It is an hour and a half from home, however I'd bring my children here if ever needed. I highly recommend Texas Children's Hospital West campus to my friends and family. Thank you to the staff for such an amazing job taking care of my baby girl.
