Horrible experience with the billing department! Have been calling for a week straight with a simple issue and still no help or call returned. Will never be back and will tell all friends & family to avoid it!

They are always sweet and professional! This hospital is just so nice, wouldn't ever go anywhere else for my children.
Rude, rude,rude, slow staff. Not helpful with with people who genuinely needed help. Not satisfied with how a little girl who obviously had a broken nose and head injuries was told to wait and her mom got zero help filling out paperwork. Asked an eta for my son I was told they couldn't and only said we had three people ahead. Meanwhile the staff sat at the checkin desk playing looking busy but doing nothing really. You are better of any other place but here.
My baby has been sick for a week doctors office 3 times ER three time no change Texas children's 8 hours she is great

My 5 yr old son had a tonsilectomy yesterday, and Dr. Raynor and her team were amazing! Blessed to have such wonderful care for my children just a car ride away. Thank you again Texas Childrens Hospital!
