We brought my 6 month old nephew to get a procedure done and the staff was so kind and very helpful! My sister was a little stressed out and they went and checked on him and let us know he was fine! I'm personally from Chattanooga Tennessee and so I was very pleased at how they treated my nephew and my sister and husband!

Was extremely busy, but was seen promptly. The doctor and staff were excellent at explaining things, and very efficient.
Had a nurse that wouldnt listen to us, tried to put an iv on my son, made him cry pulling it in and out not finding the right spot, no help trying to leave with our stuff, my son had to push himself out on the wheel chair while i struggled with all our bags from 3rd to 1st floor, im glad we r out of there
