My son came to Texas children's west campus in an ambulance straight to the ER ER nurses and Dr. were amazing when they were well organized and on the same page !! We were admitting it to ICU and it was a nice night even with shift change and Oreo everybody when you have Siri has been absolutely amazing I would drive from Baytown to Katie West campus again if ever needed
We had an amazing group of doctors and Nurse Erin in the recovery room is an angel. This is an amazing hospital.
So today my daughter was there. It was her birthday today. She turned 17. Nurse Named Laura she work on the 3rd floor room 310. West campus. Was just awesome. She made her feel so special today. Because I had to work so I couldn't stay there. The whole staff was wonderful. Bits daughter felt great. Thank you so much nurse Laura for ur love and compassion u give my daughter. I know ur a super number 1 nurse
Friendly staff, quick service and they were very sweet to my little girl. Male triage Nurse was extra nice to my baby.
The infusion center was great! It made a long day a very good day for our little girl! She was able to play instead of staying stuck in a chair for 8 hours while receiving her treatment.
This place is a joke! I am once again disappointed in Tx Children's, except the West Campus is 10x worse than the main campus. I used to be a advocate for this institution but their quality of care has decreased dramatically! SMDH
We appreciate Dr Molina and Tim (Physical Therapy) And feel blessed to have access to great care.
We could not be more pleased! I was very nervous for my child to undergo surgery and Dr. Raynor and her team of anesthesiologist, nurses, and each hospital staff member that took care of us were WONDERFUL! Each person shared our experience personally to meet our needs. They shared plenty of information on what to expect after surgery and Nathan is recovering well! I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone!
