HAD TO SLEEP ON THE ER FLOOR IN MY SON ROOM DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY MORE PILLOWS. WE LIVE IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY I WOULD PICK TEXAS CHILDREN DOWNTOWN ANY DAY BC THE SERVICES ARE GREAT AND HAVE FAMILY SECTIONS TO SLEEP AT AND THEY ALSO STAY ON TOP OF PATIENTS PAINS
Everyone was great from the clinic to the hospital
Very friendly staff. They took good care of my son when he was getting ear tubes. My son love that they hat a lot of toys.

Everyone involved from office staff, nurses and doctors were above and beyond great!
I will drive as far as I need to take my children here in an emergency. My daughter Imani came in with asthmatic symptoms and she was pretty much seen right away. The nurse checked her lungs right in the ER before we were triaged to access her status. The staff here is amazing, caring, knowledgeable and not above reproach. We have always felt special coming here throughout the years. My family will continue to be loyal to Texas Childrens no matter where we live in Texas.

Wonderful. Arrived an hour early by mistake. Got us in within the hour. Amazing ultrasound tech. Beautiful facility.
I loved it always have the staff is all so nice and as a matter of fact we just got out of the hospital yesterday afternoon with my son he had appendicitis and they took care of it and after he had the surgery they let us go the same day they did there job so well and treated my son so good....i am so happy with all the services we have had there thank yall so much!!!!
