Worst place ever!!!! Never again!!! Never again!! Besides the long wait ...One person literally sat for at least 2 hrs same spot, one nurse was eating a cupcake I'm sure they have breakrooms to do that in... Then one nurse has the nerve to come into my daughters room tell me some of her co workers are uncomfortable because I'm looking out the door window watching them do nothing!!! Instead of just one anyone coming in to check on her!! Wow I'm sure my bill will be crazy!!
It was a scary experience to have my 4 month old son get rushed from Port Arthur hospital to TCH in an ambulance and after five stressful, tired days my son is finally being able to go home...thank you nurses and doctors.
Poor service been here since 630 till here and its 945pm got seen by a nurse then got o kicked out of roon and but in a sub waiting room and still have not seen doctor
I would like to file a complaint against nurses who saw my daughter at the ER and did an unnecessary procedure on her that she is still recovering from. Who should I contact and how?
I took my one week old son to the E.R, waited 4 hours and did not get seen. The people that were arriving after, were getting moved to a room in mins by a nurse of their race (white). Which the reason is pretty obvious, they're racist!
I just left with my 10 month old he has an head injury one whole side of his forehead was swollen. I got there at 10:30 (another patients mother was already cursing about the long wait) his vitals were checked around 11 the nurse told me there was a 3hr wait. There was about 7 families waiting to be seen . The whole 5 hours I was there only 1 family was called back to see the doctor, and that was right after I arrived. Me atendieron muy bien personal amable y las emfermeras fueron atentas con mi bebe
Our two week old daughter was admitted about a week ago for RSV. We are currently still at the hospital with here but our stay here has been pleasant considering the circumstances. Nova is in the PICU and I must say the Doctors and Nurses are outstanding with her! Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!! And trying to make us as comfortable as possible while we are here!
