After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Always a good time at this place. Service is personable and everything on the menu is incredible.
The food, service and atmosphere were the best. I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfect. I loved the burnt corn and potatoes cooked in a cream sauce. I definitely will go back
