After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Went there for the first time Friday February 22 to celebrate 2 birthdays. The food was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was EXCELLENT!!! Mr. Wamstad was EXCELLENT and took care of my wife personally by showing her steak to her then cutting it for her, she has MS. He went above and beyond and we will be back soon. Loyal customers going forward.
