After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Great steaks and delicious trout! Loved the crab and grilled corned crab soup. Wonderful authentic Texan atmosphere and service. Great cocktails!
Due to the price point, we reserve Texas to celebrate the big events in our family; birthdays, graduations, etc. The food and service has always been beyond spectacular! In December 2015 we hosted a party of 15 upstairs to celebrate a marriage. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a most memorable experience. Dale personally delivered our cake and toasted us. Customers for life. P.S. Order the burnt corn. Trust me.

Came here for my birthday celebrate and was treated like a queen. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out we were catered to with special attention. Thank you for making me feel so special. The food was amazing

We go to TEXAS at least once a month. Besides making the best steaks around Dale serves the most delicious hamburger I've had since I was a kid! If you're on a tight schedule, stop by for a quick burger and a cold beer- you won't be disappointed!! :)
