After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

It is one of the best experience we had. The owner came to our table with smile to welcome. Every server or I may say staff was overwhelmingly courteous. Besides your server we had probably 10 to 12 others came to our table to see if we need anything. That was amazing. The magician came and showed his beautiful show and it was great. One surprise over other. My brothers birthday was made very special. Food was excellent, birthday cake was great. I will say it is on the top of my list and recommends for others to go there.
Best sea bass ever. The steaks are awesome too! I highly recommend even for more than just special occasions
Our son chose Texas for his birthday dinner, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the food, to the staff, to the owner, Dale - we felt important and Jake felt so special! Thank you for making it awesome!
Delicious food & great atmosphere! We came in with a party 15 and our waitress was organized and all of our orders were correct. Would definitely recommend to friends. We will be back next time we are in town!

Love this place! Had my brother's mini wedding reception here back in December and the restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the staff was courteous and amazing, and the food was delicious!! Highly recommend
