After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

The food and service were excellent! My group had a variety of entrees...steak, sea bass, salmon...all were delicious. The staff always makes us feel so welcomed.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. From the delicious food to the cheerful welcoming service, Texas is a wonderful experience, start to finish.
Great food, great people, outstanding ownership in attention to detail. If you really want a true unique dining experience, you must go to Texas restaurant off of 190 and Jupiter in Dallas. Do yourself a favor and take your girlfriend or boyfriend or significant other there tonight. Do not wait do not hesitate because this will be an experience ... read more
