After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Took my husband, 4 kids and my parents out to celebrate my dad's birthday. This place was wonderful! The staff was ridiculously attentive, food was delicious, atmosphere was light, entertainment was great! We will return for sure!!
RecommendedTexas is a fabulous restaurant with the best customer service in Dallas ! Dale, Dane, and Shelby check on tables personally to make sure each customer is satisfied . The food is delicious and the atmosphere is friendly and entertaining! This is my favorite restaurant !

This is a good restaurant. The service is excellent. My only issue is with how much they salt the food. Once I learned to ask for no or light salt things were great. I took my father-in-law there for Father’s Day this year.
Food, service and atmosphere were all first rate. We had a wonderful evening.
