After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

It was our first time at Texas, food was excellent, our server was knowledgeable and pleasant. Even though we felt a little rushed we were still eating our appetizer when they brought dinner out. We still enjoyed it. We will be back!!
The atmosphere, food, and staff were amazing! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Everything we ate was delicious! Wish I didn’t live so far away so I could come more often!!
