After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Great food, phenomenal service tonight.
Our group of 18 had the most amazing time here tonight! Like, wow! We were a bit high maintenance and they not once were put off by us. 🤣 Everything we needed they were happy to do for us. They’ve ruined all other restaurants for me. The owners genuinely care about your experience and get great joy from seeing you happy in their restaurant. We will be back many times in the future. 💯

Love this place and can’t say enough great things about it! The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming! Most importantly, the food is beyond 5 star!
