After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

I’m from Los Angeles and I always make sure I eat here. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. They have a magician that visits your table. Plus the owners make you feel right at home. The chef cooks your steak just right. Fresh flowers and decor are always on point. I highly recommend!

excellent experience last night when my daughter had a business meeting at the restaurant. the owner was there and very accommodating to his patrons. he truly loves what he does and took excellent care of us. I would definitely go back.
