After a dramatic 9 hour Texas Hold-em poker game, Dale Francis Wamstad won complete control of the Four Sisters Café. He immediately changed the name to Texas, adding a new flare to the menu, and changing the servers’ outfits to a Texas/Vegas style. Dale, along with his children Dale Tervooren, Dane & Shelby, hopes that the magnificent Texas will reign as a magnificent dining establishment for many years to come.

Outstanding and extremely flavorful Delmonico/Ribeye steak, already one of the best I’ve had in DFW area. The service was great and we were also offered a very generous complimentary dessert for our anniversary dinner. We loved it and plan to go back!

Visited on Friday evening, the 27th of September, celebrating my sons Bachelor Degree graduation in Garland! We called ahead and inquired about a table, once we arrived we were seated within 5 minutes for a table of eight! We were immediately greeted by our waiter, who was wonderful!
